An Update on Your Cooperative
We have been keeping up with the news related to the Coronavirus pandemic, and are taking extra precautions to ensure the health of our members, employees, and their families.
We have activated our Business Continuity Plan, which includes a comprehensive response that follows guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local health agencies in the areas we serve.
While the following is not a comprehensive list, our plan calls for:
Increasing our supplies of disinfecting products, and implementing enhanced sanitizing and cleaning protocols at all of our branch locations.
Keeping our products and services fully available to you.
Supporting our customers and employees that are at-risk or have special needs.
Monitoring the financial markets and discussing options for member-borrowers to meet their changing financial needs.
Restricting employee travel and using teleconference capabilities.
Modifying, postponing or cancelling large meetings.
Enhancing our risk monitoring and management protocols.
As an added layer of protection, as of March 23, all of our branch office locations will be closed to the public. In addition, we will be suspending all in-person customer visits until further notice.
If you have documents or a payment to drop off, please leave them in the secured drop box, located outside of each of our office locations. Please note that we are not accepting cash payments at this time.

How to Manage your Account from Home
During this time of stress and uncertainty, we want to make sure you have uninterrupted access to your account - here are your options:
Sign up for Online Banking - AccountAccess allows you to view your account online or make a payment anytime of the day. Account information is updated daily so you can get up-to-date information about your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also download the MAFC Mobile App to manage your account on the go.
Make a Phone Payment - Call 888.339.3334 to make your monthly or final payment over the phone. All you’ll need is your ABA, routing information, and amount you’d like to pay – that’s it! If you call before 3 pm, your payment will be processed and applied the same day. If you call after 3 pm, it will be processed the next business day.
