MidAtlantic Farm Credit recently announced the hiring of Gail Houser as Executive Director – Corporate Lending Manager. She will be based in the association’s Westminster, Maryland office.
“We are excited to have Gail join our corporate lending department,” says Bill Rutter, Chief Credit Officer with MidAtlantic Farm Credit. “Her experiences in commercial lending, relationship building, and her knowledge of our community will make her a great asset as we look to expand throughout our footprint.”
As corporate lending manager, Gail will be overseeing relationships with commercial customers throughout the association to help them understand how Farm Credit can work with them to ensure financial success and plan for their future. “I am happy to join the Farm Credit team, and look forward to interacting with our agricultural community members,” says Houser. “Being born and raised in Maryland, and spending a period of time living on a farm, I feel like I am getting back to my roots.”
Prior to joining Farm Credit, Houser was the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending with Bay Bank, overseeing the loan and deposit relationships of their commercial clients. Through her career, Houser has won several awards for her leadership and sales success.
