MidAtlantic Farm Credit recently announced the hiring of Andrew Stutzman as a loan officer trainee. He will be based out of the company’s Lancaster, Pennsylvania office and will report directly to Bill Kitsch, sales manager for MidAtlantic Farm Credit.
“We are excited to bring Andrew aboard as a new loan officer trainee,” says Kitsch. “His diverse background and skillset will be a great addition to our team and we look forward to the future with him.”
As a loan officer trainee, Stutzman will work closely with the customers on a daily basis, finding solutions to meet their needs and helping them succeed. “I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to work for Farm Credit,” says Stutzman. “The friendliness and enthusiasm of all the staff has really impressed me, and I’m looking forward to applying my background in agriculture to this position.”
Stutzman graduated from Calvin College with a degree in electrical and computer engineering. After graduation, he spent four years serving with Eastern Mennonite Missions in Guinea-Bissau, West Africa, working with local farmers to develop their poultry operations and improve animal management practices. Stutzman grew up on a farm in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, but has recently moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
