Deborah A. Benner
is co-owner of Yippee Farms, a 700 acre dairy
operation. She operates three dairy facilities
made up of 700 cows and 600 heifers. Ms.
Benner serves on the boards of: Lancaster Chamber of
Commerce, Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, Blue Ribbon
Commission (chairman of Economic Development),
Lancaster Manure Council, and Community & Farm
Alliance (chairman of Ag and Community Development
and Impact). She is a member of Wheatland
Presbyterian Church (Evangelical Outreach chairman),
Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Pennsylvania Farm
Bureau. Ms. Benner serves on MidAtlantic Farm
Credit's Governance Committee. She was
elected to the board in 2006 and her term expires in
2012. |

Brian L. Boyd of Lebanon, PA, is employed as feed
mill manager for Mark Hershey Farms. He also owns
and operates Boyd's Custom Planting, custom planting
soybeans and small grains. In addition, in the
last year he began a new family farm operation on 14
acres, producing 80,000 broilers. He serves as an
elder and small group leader at Cornerstone Church, and
is a member of the Young Farmers organization. Mr.
Boyd serves on MidAtlantic Farm Credit's Human Resources Committee. Mr.
Boyd was elected to the board in 2010 and his term
expires in 2014.

Gary L. Grossnickle is a dairy and crop farmer. He owns 400
acres and rents another 600 acres. His
dairy operation consists of 250 Holstein
cows and 250 replacement heifers. He is
a member of the Frederick County Farm
Bureau and the Maryland/Virginia Milk
Producers. He serves on the board of
Frederick Woodsboro Southern States
Cooperative. Mr. Grossnickle is the Chairman of
the Board of Directors. He also serves on MidAtlantic
Farm Credit’s Executive Committee as chairman. Mr. Grossnickle
was elected to the board in 1990 his term expires in 2015. |

Dale R. Hershey is a partner in Hershey Brothers Dairy
Farm. They milk 250 cows and farm
600acres of corn, alfalfa, soybeans, and
barley. He serves on the boards at Land
O’ Lakes (area and unit delegate) and
the Land O’ Lakes Leadership Council
(secretary). He is a member of the Akron
Mennonite Church, Pennsylvania Farm
Bureau and Pennsylvania Dairy
Stakeholders. He also serves on MidAtlantic Farm
Credits Human Resources Committee and as a CAP
(communication advocacy program) representative. Mr.
Hershey was elected to the board in 1996 and his term
expires in 2015. |

Walter C. Hopkins is president of Green Acres Farm, Inc., a
500 cow family dairy operation. He belongs
to the Coolspring Presbyterian Church (elder
&treasurer), Jefferson Lodge #15 A.F.&A.M.,
Delaware Farm Bureau, Land O’ Lakes
Cooperative, Southern States Cooperative,
Genex Cooperative and Delaware DHIA. He
serves on AgFirst Farm Credit Bank’s
district advisory committee and district
benefits committee. He serves on MidAtlantic
Farm Credit’s Human Resource Committee as chair, as a CAP (communication advocacy
program) representative and on the executive committee. Mr. Hopkins was elected to
the board in 1988 and his current term expires
in 2013. |

Jeff Jennings
operates a farm consisting of a 100-cow
cow/calf/stocker facility, poultry facilities with
capacity for 13,000 breeder hens, and cultivating 500
acres of corn, soybeans, hay, alfalfa, pasture, and
timber. He serves on the Board's Audit and
Review Committee for MidAtlantic Farm Credit and
as a CAP (communication advocacy program)
representative. He is a director on
the Board of the Culpeper Farmers Cooperative, and as a
member of the Page County Water Quality Committee. Mr.
Jennings holds memberships in Farm Bureau, the Page
County Farmers Association (chairman of Scholarship
Committee), and Luray Methodist Church where he is
Chairman of the Trustees and active in the mens group
and missions. He has served on the Farm Credit Board
for 20 years and his term expires in 2015.

Christopher J. Kurtzman retired from
McCormick & Company, Inc. in 2008 after 32 years of
service. His most recent positions included VP
for Operations Services in Europe, the Middle East,
and Africa; VP of Supply Chain and Growth
Optimization Consumer Products Division; and Vice
President & Treasurer. Before his employment
with McCormick, he worked for Ernst & Ernst on their
audit staff. He is a Certified Public
Accountant and holds a BBA degree in Accounting from
the University of Notre Dame. He served as a
board member, executive committee member, and
treasurer of the American Lung Association of
Maryland for nine years and currently serves on the
finance committee at St. Barnabas Church. He serves as the Board's designated financial expert and
serves on the Audit & Review Committee.
His term of office will expire on December 31, 2013.

M. Wayne Lambertson,
who farms with his two sons, has a
2,500-acre cash grain operation
consisting of soybeans, corn and wheat.
He also has a broiler operation with a
capacity for 325,000 birds. He is a
member of the YMCA, Delmarva Poultry
Industry (executive committee) and
Remson United Methodist Church. He
serves on the board of AgFirst Farm
Credit Bank and the National Farm Credit
Council (chairman). He serves on
MidAtlantic Farm Credit’s Governance Committee
as vice chair and is a CAP
(communication advocacy program)
representative. Mr. Lambertson was elected to the
board in 1981 and his
term expires in 2015. |

Fred R. Moore, Jr.
has a grain and sod operation (Collins Wharf Sod)
consisting of 1,200 acres. He serves on the boards of
Wicomico County Soil Conservation (chairman), Wicomico
County Farm Bureau, Allen Fire Company and Wicomico
County Fire Chiefs Association. He is a member of
Wicomico County Farm Bureau, Allen Fire Company,
Maryland Turf Producers, Virginia Turf Producers and
International Turf Producers. Mr. Moore serves on the Audit and Review
Committee and the Executive Committee for MidAtlantic
Farm Credit. Mr. Moore was elected to the board in 1994
and his current term expires in 2013. |

Dale J. Ockels
along with his two brothers, operate as a family
corporation tilling 4,800 acres of corn, soybeans,
small grains, and vegetables. They have a 60,000
capacity poultry operation. He serves on the boards
of the Sussex County Farm Bureau, and Delaware
Governors Council on Agriculture. He is a member of
the Sussex County Farm Bureau. Mr. Ockels also
serves on MidAtlantic Farm Credit's Governance committee as
chair and on the Executive Committee. He was
elected to the board in 1987 and his
term expires in 2015. |

Jennifer Rhodes
operates a four-house poultry farm on
11.44 acres producing 80,000 broilers per flock.
Currently she is employed as the Extension Educator for
Agriculture & Natural Resources, University of MD
Cooperative Extension, Queen Annes County. Within the
past five years she was employed as a Nutrient
Management Advisor for Queen Annes County Cooperative
Extension. She holds memberships and leadership
positions in the following organizations: Board and
Executive Committee of the Delmarva Poultry Industry;
Poultry & Egg Committee of the Maryland Farm Bureau;
Board of the Queen Annes County Farm Bureau; Board of
the Foundation for Community Partnerships; Board of the
Queen Annes County Soil Conservation; and Chairman of
the LEAD Maryland Alumni Committee (graduate of Class
IV). She is a member of Mother of Sorrows Catholic
Church of Centreville, MD. Jennifer serves on the
board and the Human Resources Committee as vice chair for MidAtlantic
Farm Credit. Jenny was elected to
the board in 2009 and her term expires
in 2012.

Ralph L. Robertson, Jr. has a 500-acre operation consisting of
cattle (contract heifers and beef
cattle), hay and grain. He serves on the
boards of the Southern States Carroll
Petroleum Cooperative, the Westminster
Co-Op Supermarket, and the Southern
States Cooperative of Taneytown,
Maryland. He is a member of Kriders
United Church of Christ (board, Sunday
school, financial secretary, endowment
board), New Windsor Progressive Farmers
and Carroll County Farm Bureau. He
serves on MidAtlantic Farm Credit’s
Executive Committee and as chair of the Audit and
Review Committee. Mr.
Robertson was originally elected to the board in 1993 and his
current term expires in 2014. |

Paul
J. Rock is one of the Board's Outside Directors. He
currently serves as the Chief Financial
Officer for International Orthodox Christian
Charities, Inc., an international
humanitarian aid organization. He retired
in 1999 after 30 years' service as an
executive with McCormick & Company, Inc. He
holds a current CPA certificate, and is a
member of the Maryland Association of CPAs
as well as the American Institute of CPAs.
He is also an adjunct professor at McDaniel
College. Mr. Rock serves on MidAtlantic Farm Credit's Human Resources Committee.
He was appointed to the
board in 2006 and
his term expires in December of 2014. |

Lingan T. Spicer operation is a 900-acre
grain and timber operation. He is a member of
Maryland Farm Bureau and the Association of Forest
Industries. He serves on MidAtlantic Farm Credits
Audit and Review Committee as vice chair. Mr. Spicer previously served on the board
from 1994 until 2006, and was appointed effective
August 6, 2007 to fill a vacancy on the board.
He was elected to the board in 2008 and his term expires in 2014. |

Christopher R. Stiles currently operates a
farm consisting of hay, corn, and soybeans on 170
acres, and includes the treatment of land
application of septic and sludge materials. Within
the last five years, he was also a senior partner of
Riggs and Stiles, Inc. (a large dairy and grain
operation) and was also engaged in the raising,
processing, and marketing of fresh turkeys. He
serves on MidAtlantic Farm Credits
Governance Committee and is a CAP (commincations
advocacy program) representative. He holds
current memberships in the Montgomery County Senior
Farmers Club and the Clarke Frederick Dairy 4-H
Club, where he also serves as an assistant leader. Mr.
Stiles was elected to the board in
2009 and his term expires in 2013. |

Rodger L. Wagner
operates a dairy farm consisting of 200 milk cows and 200
replacement heifers. He farms 750 acres of corn, alfalfa,
and soybeans. He serves on the boards of the Berks
County Dairy Farmers Association and the Oley Township
Ag Security Board. He is a member of Berks County Farm
Bureau, Fleetwood Grange, Holstein Association,
Pikeville Sportsman Club, Oley Fire Company, and St.
Johns Hill United Church of Christ. He serves on MidAtlantic Farm Credits
Governance Committee. Mr. Wagner was elected to the
board in 1983 and his
term expires in 2012. |

Fred N. West is a poultry and grain farmer. His
operation consists of raising 115,000
chickens on contract, tilling 2,400
acres of corn, soybeans, and wheat. Mr.
West serves as vice chairman of the
Sussex Conservation District and serves
on the board of Sussex County Farm
Bureau. He belongs to the Sussex County
Farm Bureau, and the St. Georges
Methodist Church. Mr. West is the Vice-Chairman of
the Board of Directors. He also serves on MidAtlantic Farm Credit’s Executive
Committee acting as vice chair. Mr. West was elected to the board in 2000 and his
current term
expires in 2014. |
