Anthony M. Ill, Appointed and Outside Director, is a Certified Public Accountant holding an active license in the state of Maryland. Mr. Ill is the founder of Rock Glenn Advisors, a consulting practice focusing on the financial, operational, and strategic aspects of business and has served as an interim CFO for a variety of companies in transition. His other recent professional experience includes Chairman of the Farm Credit Foundation for Agricultural Advancement Board, a 501(c)(3) organization, and Chief Financial and Operating Officer for Ripken Baseball. Mr. Ill has held various senior positions such as President, CFO, and COO with firms in advertising, agricultural pesticides and herbicides, machine tooling, and heavy utility equipment business sectors. Current clients include high-tech startups in the fields of computing and telecommunications.
